To allow for a vote on proposed amendments to the PCSS bylaws that may affect what officers are running for election this year, the Board has delayed the annual meeting and election of officers until the December match (12/3/16).

At the November match (11/5/16), there will be a vote on proposed amendments to the club bylaws.  There are amendments proposed by the Board and separate amendments proposed by Delta Raider.  The following documents were emailed to all PCSS members by the PCSS Secretary on Friday, 10/14/16:

1. A copy of the current bylaws.
2. A copy of the bylaws reflecting amendments recommended by the Board
3. A ballot for voting on the amendments recommended by the Board.  Members can vote for or against all recommended amendments or can vote by group if for some of the proposed amendments and against others.
4. A ballot for voting on amendments proposed by Delta Raider.  These proposals were considered by the Board, but are not recommended for adoption by the Board.  Members can vote for or against all of Delta Raider’s proposed amendments or for or against each of his proposals.

Members not planning to attend the November match or preferring to vote early, can vote by email.  Ballots for members not voting early by email will be handed out during registration for the November match.
