Our monthly match for December will be on Saturday, December 7th (Pearl Harbor Day).  Details below.  Note the main match is in the afternoon.  Cost to shoot: $15 members/$20 visitors.  Cost to eat dinner: $15.  Cost for lunch: Depends on what you order (see below).

Wild Bunch Match (4 stages):  8:00 a.m.-8:40 a.m. Registration; 8:45 a.m. Safety Meeting; 9:00 a.m. Hammers Down

Lunch:  Orders will be taken for pick-up from Whataburger or Dairy Queen.  Otherwise, on your own.

Main Match (5 stages):  11:30 a.m.-1:00 p.m. Registration; 1:00 p.m.-1:15 p.m. Posse Assignment (registration closed); 1:15 p.m. Late Registration (posse assignment potluck); 1:15 p.m. Safety Meeting; 1:30 p.m. Hammers Down

Silent Auction/Cowboy Yard Sale: Conclusion of main match through dinner.  Silent auction of items donated by club members and others – everything from cowboy/cowgirl clothing, reloading supplies, etc.  All proceeds will go to the club.  Anyone having something they want to sell (instead of donate) is encouraged to bring it and offer it for sale.  Donations to the club from sale proceeds are encouraged, but not required.  We are hoping to have some guns in the auction and/or for sale.

Christmas Party & Dinner:  6:00 p.m.
